Solved Permissions Problem

Permissions Problem Proble10

I've been attempting to change the permissions for the under 18 group (as recommended by an Admin) and I've found that for some odd reason I am unable to do so. I don't have the option to click them out.

As for an explanation as to why I need to do this, it's to keep people who are under the age of 18 from viewing and posting on a certain forum branch.

Please check the upper part of that, there are 4 fields in there. Edit the the other one.:
