Detail description for your graphics request: The graphic will be used for the main banner on the forum, if you could center the time wizard image and the text it would be better, the forums theme is black and yellow have a look maybe you can get some ideas.

This is my first request and any help will be appreciated, if i need to add anything else please let me know.

Heres a nice example of how it might look

For the background can you add a black hole type of artwork like the image above with a yellow glow? and could you get the background to overlay abit with time wizard like the image above.
Could you also add a little slogan (Forming The Future) not sure if it would look good, could you show one with the slogan layer and one without please.

here is my attempt making the entire banner with colour looked too much so the black edges gave it a better feel in my opinon

ive noticed the banner has a yellow overlay did you add that? if you didnt here is a copy of it again if you did then never mind

oh I did, hope you don't mind..just wanted it to go with the theme a little more

if you like i am happy to add a border for you looks slightly pixelated now that is all

Oh i didn't realize, it would be great if you could add a similar border, i made the image 960x200 with the added border

this a lil better, when adding bevel emboss it auto makes the bottom lighter, i darkened it best i could.

the guy who requested this had more than is required in terms of posts and users,

Forum must have a minimum of 10 users.
Forum must have at least 100 post.
(Banner Requests requirement will be 50 posts & 5 users)

Additionally, Since you don't know how to read the RULES, let me explain it to you. You have a Forum with 1 user (yourself) and ( 2 post) If you look at the screenshot posted you will see this member has 300 users and over 2600 post, which makes him eligible. Like msedley posted above your forum DOES NOT meet the requirements to request graphics.
