I can't restore my forum

after I deleted it.

i GO TO the tools menu, authenticate myself, choose Restore the forum such as it was :
:2013-04-16-01h
and select "submit query" and page refreshes and board DOES NOT restores.

Can you help me.

when you fill in the info on the Forums utilities for your back up Do you get an error code ? or do you get took back to your tools again ?

Also How long a go did you close/ delete your forum. Some times the backup if longer then 6 months will not work and you will need to send our Pro Admin a pm asking her or him to find your forum on the servers.

If you are trying to restore your forum i think you will get an Email on the address you made your forum with to make sure you did ask for your forum to be opened again.

I could be wrong on that thou.

It just opens the page again.
I deleted the forum yesterday, NO EMAIL received.
It refreshes the page.

Before I forward this, try to see if it has been restored after 24 hours.

well it is not.
Page just refreshes telling me to login.
No confirmation is done so I know that it will NOT work.

As it may be causing the problem too, then after it gets fixed, try to perform a back up again.

The Forums utilities is now working my end Please give it a try again if the problem still Shows please send a screen shot of what you get when you log in ** Making sure you block any Email address in the Box** and a screen shot of what you get when you have logged in and done your backup.

If this is still a problem then I'm sure the staff will ask the pro Admin TGF to take a look for you.

I must first CHOOSE Backup TYPE and then RESTORE.
