    Solved Cant restore forum

    When I go to https://www.forumotion.com/utils and restore menu
    I cant restore the forum, I get this message:
    No backup available for your forum.
    Why does this happen?

    Hello,

    How old is your forum? If it is brand new (within a week or two old), it will have no restore backups available because it hasn't been around for the system to perform it's every two weeks or every week backup.

    Okey, it has got less than that, so the best thing is to create a new one?

    No action is nessecary, your forum will begin getting backups soon. The first one will become available the next time fm's system does a back up of your forum. Smile

    Just give it another few days, or week or so, you should find a back up there soon. Wink
