Another Site Stealing

One of our ex-members has created a site >> http://batmantln.makeforum.in/ and is stealing our content. We have reported him once and he deleted his previous site to make the batman site now. It is really aggravating that admins of our site put so much work into the site and that kid keeps taking our stuff. Is there anything that we can do to make it harder for him to take our content? And I mean images in general. He also copies our content, most of it is not visible until you register, but the ones that you can see as a guest...he is stealing that as well.

I have tried that, but it doesn't seem to help. He'll just delete his old site, create a new one an be back to stealing our stuff. That's what he did before.

Sorry, but we don't handle complaints. Complaints have to be made through that way, there is nothing more we can do.
