Attached Forum appears in home page

I have a beauty forum and I am attaching a category to a specific forum and it keeps appearing in the home page and also when you open that specific forum. It does not suppose to appear the attached category in the home page.

Please visit the forum and in Essence's Countries Forum I will open a sub-forum called Albania just to show you that the sub-forum keeps appearing in the home page AS AN INDEPENDENT FORUM, and it is suppose to not, and when you open Essence's Countries Forum it is there, and I am following the instructions, I am attaching it to that particular forum, do not know why it is doing this. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
