PLEASE HELP! New Email LOCKED Me Out!

I started a Forum last Nov. and have been locked out of it since!

I was able to aquire a temporary pass code however was never able to use it.

Please read the following emails:

Hi, I have written several times as to my forum and unable to log in.

This email was sent to me sometime back. Since this arrived I have had a computer crash and got a new computer along with a new email address. This is my new email address you are receiving.

Please advise as to resetting my new email for this forum along with a new pass.

And I also tried to contact the following and got this reply which instructs,
