Solved Auto Fill Subject Line of PM?

Post by mrboywonda May 2nd 2013, 5:52 pm

I am making a chart in html for my forum. I made it so where a user can click on the link and be taken to a PM form to ask to advertise their banner on my forum. I've gotten to the point where you click on the link and it auto fills the username spot but I can't figure out how to make it so the Subject line would auto fill with text of my choosing from the URL.

My forum version is phpbb 2 This is the link i have so far.
    Code:
    http://onewaygaming.freeforum.bz/privmsg?mode=post&u=1
I know it the e-mail you would just ad &subject="text" but it doesn't work in this case.

I've already searched this forum and the web and I found this https://help.forumotion.com/t109704-pm-link-autofill-subject?highlight=autofill but this doesn't help me.

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me and tell me if this is even possible.

P.S. I don't have access to internet a lot so please be patient with my replies.

I know this isn't exactly what you're looking for but it could be an alternative.

This allows you to have no private message subject in order to send a private message which could be useful.
