still a problem for new users

Users are still unable to post external links in the forum even though I followed these directions.

General>Forum>Security
Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No.
Save

What error message are they getting?

Ugh... that's VERY poorly worded.

It should say:

"Members with less than a week's registration will not be able to post external links and email addresses."
Yes
No
