You don't, you add "sitemap.xml" in webmaster tools, thats it. Click your site in webmaster tools, then add a site map link upper right-hand side, and then add sitemap.xml and submit. It will self update all the time. Every Forumotion forum already has a built in site map, all you need to do is add it like I explained. For Bing you need to add the full address like this example:

https://help.forumotion.com/sitemap.xml
