Admins Permissions

Admins can do anything, but it would be good in addition to moderators and admins, Webmaster could make as anymore as admin styles how he wants!
For Example:
-Standard moderators
-Full permission admin

But also:
-Admins for manage users permissions and modify staff(can not make anyone to full permission admins or remove their permissions)
-Admins for manage usergroups
-Admins for manage forums and kategories
-Admins for manage titles
-And: Moderators can remove bans too, but of course give them


It should also be possible to ban users all of the forum, but only from one forum too.
For example:

Example Forum: Free Talking Forum
It haves forums: Book forum
Game forum
Music forum

User is banned all of the forum.
But another user is banned only from Game forum and book forum but can get in to music forum!

For administrative actions you will have to assign admins. Usergroups can be managed by non-admins if you specify so, but for everything else, you will need admin priviledges, no way around it.

For the last action, you can modify your permissions accordingly.

Also, if you make a suggestion, open a poll for it.

I think giving people restricted access to the admin control panel would be a good things and deeper customization of groups would be a good thing for a forum and would allow deeper control of staff.
