Is there a way to ban public proxy servers ?

I actually have 6 questions.

1) Is there a way to ban all (most of) public proxy servers on my forum ?

2) How do i tell usual IP from proxy server ?

3) If proxy is transparent, how can i know real IP adress ?

4) When i try to register with mail from www.mail.ru it says that the mail doesn't exist, though it does. Why's that ?

5) Is there a way to get logs from my forum ? I mean that i want to see, for example, that user X logged in at 12 pm from IP 255.255.255.255.

6) Is there a way to disallow member to hide their online status ?

mail.ru emails have been blocked because of much abuse by spambots.

It's not possible to disallow members to hide their online status

It's not possible. However you can ban IPs in your admin panel : general admin / security

You can see some information from a poster by clicking on the button IP at the top right of the message.
