how to add my own image to the forums

hello can any body say me how to add my own image to the forums in the category i mean

see the site there he added his own image to rules & regulations,videos etc?how to do that?

To add your own pictures just go to admin panel=>Forum=>Management=>Categories and Forums and click on a forum you would like an image to add. Now in the "Image URL" box add the direct link for the image you want to add and then click on "Save"
