cant add legend

ive tried adding the code from thetut but it didnt work as well as the fix someone gave someone else

is it not possible to add a post,newpost,etc. legend to a phpbb3 forum template i used or is there a setting i might have changed.

Can you post screen shots of what you mean, you do have new post icons etc in your forums pics management, so not sure f thats what you mean.

Other then that you can only edit templates for phpbb2 and punbb versions.

i mean just a general legend on the bottom by the footer that shows what the topic icons represent on the forums.

the tut had a code posted for phpbb3 so i assumed i could use it

General>Messages and Emails>Configuration
Display the caption of the posts status :Yes
Save.
