I am new to forum creation and am having trouble with simple formatting.  I searched the forums here and could not find an answer.

My forum is http://songofilya.forumotion.com/

The problem is that the topics in the various forums need to be in a certain logical order.  The forum automatically places the most recently created first and I cannot find out how to change that.  Specifically, if you look in Game Rules-->Character Creation-->Attributes, I want the topics to appear in the order they will be used during character creation.

Can someone detail this for me?

When you create a new one or edit an old one, there should be this option:
Sort topics by:

This option is not changing the order.  It is going in order by creation date even though the option I have chosen is by most recent post.

I joined your forum to better see what your describing... And your settings are probably correct. However none of the topics have been posted in. You have it selected to appear by most recent post however if none have been posted in they are going to appear in the order they were created as that is what is most recent. If you are trying to get a certain post set before the others try setting it as a sticky/announcement to place it before the others.
