Loks like it is a bar thats would be in there.

Admin panel>display>pics manangement>advaned mode  it should be righ there around the top of the list.

If not then you need to check in your css and see if you have this in it .

is so just remove the color numbers and ltters 9E844A or yoiu can remove the whole thing.
but you might just want to removbe the colors and leave the rest there in case you want to go back and add it again.
Oh and more importently that it is not going to affect something else? so best to just leave the code there and remove ethe color number and letters.

that is if it is not a image in your pics management? and i dont think it is now i think it is that css code above.
