How to remove Forum Title, "Start watching topic"

EDIT: PROBLEM #2 IS SOLVED!!! I DELETED THE "START WATCHING TOPIC" LINK

Hi i would like to remove some things on my forum. i have screenshots of what i would like to remove! I know it has to do with the templates, just need someone to pinpoint the 2 places where i can delete these two things!

1: I would like to remove the "Global Annoucement & Announcement & Sticky" lettering. Utterly pointless. Whenever i open up a forum, its always in the same place. i'd like to get rid of that lettering:





2. I'd like to get rid of the "Start watching this topic" again, nobody ever uses that and someone could accidentally click on that without knowing, and could get 1000 emails. Just want to get rid of that link. I DO want to keep the "mark all topics read" link though please

seems like a rather odd place for that?

anyway Chang the name of your sticky and announcements with this.

take the one space out.  the code wont even show unless i put a space in it

 Because i have the dropdown navbar things go all screwy lol
and thanks kirk, but where do i make this change? is it in a template? lol!

edit: i looked under several templates, and they all have that code, but all of them dont have spaces already...
could u tell me which template i'd have to edit? and like what the code is?

No, add it to the boxes where you change the names of the global announcements, announcements, and stickies,

Administration Panel > General > Messages & Emails > Configuration

ok thanks! But Now it says Topics[0]. Do you know how to get rid of that too? Lol. I dont want any lettering there whatsoever
