Problem with font (language)[Solved]

We have a "font problem" in http://ea-fifa-league.cinebb.com
Everybody says it's displaying hieroglyphs and as I saw that is wright. I don't now why, but please, check it out.

Well I used cyrilic ( Bulgarian) and something happened . What is the problem , guys ?

It comes from the forum language.

You must change the board language at these places :

- Admin panel > General Admin > Configuration > forum main language

- Navigation links > Profile > Preferences > Forum language. (Notice : Each member who are already registered must do this manipulation).

Once the changes are made, if the fonts are still in a weird language instead of cyrillic, edit your sections.

Well, we do nothing. When and how that happen I don't know.
If somebody can tell som setting that can fix it will be great.

Well , guys I am from Bulgaria , when I change my Language to Russian i can see my themes , because it was in cyrilic . And when I change my language to Bulgarian again , again there appear strange signs.

As I say, change the board language, because when I visit your board as a guest, the board's interface is in English. Latine alphabet and Cyrillic alphabet don't have the same encoding, so you need to set your board to Russian or any other language which use Cyrillic alphabet to solve the problem.

Well , i set the language from The Admin Control Panel to Bulgarian , and the one from PROFILE (PREFERENCES IS SET BG , tooo) But there are still strange signs.

All right, I change the language to "english" then back to russian, bulgarian... and nothing. Well do you think, if I reset the CSS table can solve the problem (it's not modified).

And Borislav I'm from Sofia City.

Yes, I already done this(when you wrote the post) - no changes.

When I use a manual encoding of the page - everything is fine, but I need to do this every time, when changing to other page.

I think that the problem is in database - the encoding must be "bg-win 1251", but i don't have access.

Anyway, I reported this problem to the technicians.
