I Cannot Log Into My Forum (Forgot Password) Empty I Cannot Log Into My Forum (Forgot Password)

I forgot my password, and each time I ask for a password reset to my email, it says: "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security" ---- But the thing is I cannot log into admin panel because I don't know my password. Sad 

Help would be appreciated.

I have also forgotten my password, but how many posts d you need to make before you can start PM'ing an administrator for help?
