i dont have moderator

Is your moderators group hidden?

Hello , probably you don't have the groups made , go in :
Administration Panel -> Users & Groups -> Group Administration -> Create a New group :

The admin group the one with the crown is the default group with all the admin rights. If you want to add moderators you have to create a new group then assign it the privileges you want that group to have.

How?

Create a new group: ACP --> Users and Groups --> Groups Administration --> Create a new group.

For moderation powers to that group go to ACP --> General --> Categories and Forums --> click this button next to the forums you want to add moderating permissions  --> Click Advanced --> Check the box moderate

I did what you said and on General> forum > security > Disallow moderators to ban members : NO




but my moderator cant ban user

please help support team
