No email Notifications Being Received

Hi

I am a moderator for our Swimming Club forum and was made aware yesterday that lots of our members are no longer receiving email notifications for new messages in their Inbox or topics & replies that are being posted on their squad sections even tho they are "watching" the sections.

They all previously got notifications and aren't sure exactly when they stopped but most of them check the forum daily so get their information anyway although they aren't getting urgent last minute information which is a problem.

I tried to send out a Newsletter this morning, some have got this, others the message has gone into their SPAM folders.

I did come across the following message when looking for help saying that there is a bug in the system and that developers are working on it - ID 3056

Is this correct ?

Does anyone know if this problem will be fixed soon ?

thought i would have at least had an acknowledgement of this query by now IF it is indeed a "bug" in the system ?!?

there must be a moderator available to answer this

I'm having the same problem on my forum, and it's been going on for a while, not sure how long. Any estimate on when a fix will be available?

For any problems of email notifications please provide us:
1. Your internet provider ex: hotmail.com, gmail.com, wanadoo.fr...
2. The URL of your forum
3. Your pseudo on the forum founder, admin, moderator, member
4. Your problem in detail: no reception, delayed reception...
5. The type of message on which you have the problem (ex: Newsletter)

I just ran a test to see if it was working on my message board now using a test account, and it seems to be working again. Thanks for responding.
