What do I do now? I reported it a couple of weeks ago but it remains up and quite a lot of minors are using it for sex roleplay. Is that allowed by your terms of service?

It may take time, it also depends if this said content was removed.

It gives a certain time period for that forum to rectify itself. They get a warning with a deadline in their admin panel to confirm with the TOS, failure to do so can cause severe repercussions. So i assumed this time period to be atleast 10 days. Hence, added 5 days more & there i deduced it to be atleast 15 days. It could take more too. So there is nothing more that we can help you with.

The "Report System" help them to remove their problems , in this case the pornography.
If you really want to report and close the forum you need to use the litigation , which can found here : https://www.forumotion.com/en/litigation/

Just tried it but that sent it to the porno forum, not yall here. If your company and your ad network is all right with a forum full of minors roleplaying sex openly, then my work is done. Otherwise it sits there and continues
it is up to you I could show you the board here. this is not a copyright issue this is an issue of pornography
nothing was removed when i reported it and they just keep posting more everyday
if it takes that long then i will wait longer i hope i sent it to the right place. i used the bottom link on the forum itself to do it.

If the litigation team checks over the forum and deems it okay then there is nothing you or Forumotion can do.
The litigation team obviously decided whatever content was on the forum wasn't bad enough to issue a warning/shut it down.

It does not send the report to the forum, but to the litigation team. In the administration panel of the forum, it will show that a report has been received, but the report itself will not be seen by the founder of the forum.

Its likely then you just went to the "Report Abuse" link found in the bottom of the forum. That does get sent to the forum and not to the litigation team. However now that you have submitted a litigation report, hopefully it will be dealt with.junielynch2 wrote:I never did a litigation thing till now. it appeared to only send the litigation thing to the offending forum itself not yall at the company hosting it. i guess we will see...
