Administrators and PM. Please help!

Hi! I'm getting some complaints from some members about other saying things via Personal Messaging, and I need to know if there is a way for administrators to be able to read the PM's of other members. It would be very vital and helpful!

Sincerely there isn't an option to read any of the PM's that members have sent or received, I'm sorry. Your only option would be to either provide a screenshot or their password, that way you're able to view them yourself. However, you have the option to stop certain member's to send PM's.

You'll find this option on your Administration Panel. Follow this steps & you'll get there:

ACP >> Users & Groups >> Search User >> Once searched look for this option: Can send Private Messages: []No (Make sure it's set on no).
