i can log in my administration panel but why can' t i manage anything ?
 

Can you please provide a screen shot or anything that you want to manage? =o

I can't ask for a test admin account since I Don't think I'm allowed too, but when you were clicking those things, what part did you click exactly? Maybe you just clicked the admin index by mistake but you can also try and see if by clearing your cache and cookies, it might work; however, I'm still not sure unless you provide a staff or whoever is allowed a test admin account for them to see if the problem is with your pc or for the whole administrator's panel
