The image above in the username looks to be given by a CSS code.

Use this in your CSS stylesheet to add an image and tag before User 1's name.
Administration Panel > Display > Pictures and colors > Colors > CSS stylesheet

Thanks its working but it only put on my name how about adding it to a GROUP ? .. 

example : I want have a VIP MEMBERS Group i want to give them a [VIP] TAGS ? how can i do that ? that all of them will get it ..

You will use this then:

You need to place the EXACT hex color of the group you make for the tag to apply to its members.

Administration Panel > Users & Groups > Groups > Group Administration

Edit the group you want to apply this to, look to 'Group Members Color' and copy or write down its hex color.

You place your hex color here: [style="color:HEX COLOR HERE"]

Once done apply it to your CSS stylesheet.

I WANT TO ADD SOME "NAME TAGS" Like a PICTURE... how can i do that ?
