Forum Utilities Forgot Password

Good morning all,
I have put my forum in construction mode and I try to login in utilities to recover the posts which a member deletes. I am putting my details but i can login in forum utilities. Furthermore I got this message http://prntscr.com/24q7zq

Note that I can access my forum normally but I cant access forum utilities at https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/.

Could you help me?

No, you need to wait that time, we can't help you. Only you can do is login on your site and try do that from there.

Check the link in my signature for forgotten passwords, when a new password is sent it will reset both the passwords for the forum as well as the utilities page.

Good morning all,
Ok guys the problem has been solved. I was remember my password and then I switched off the Forum is under construction function and I connected normally to utilities webpage after the hours which the utility said me the message.
