Users can't join forum.

For some reason, users can't join my forum. It's been inactive for around a year and I decided to clear out all the old posts and boot it back up again. Whenever someone tries to click Register it just says "Joining has been forbidden by Administrator" or something along those lines.

I have "Yes" clicked under the New Members Allowed under the User Options tab, so what gives?

Nevermind, I just figured it out. I had the forum set to "Holiday"
