colors on the posts
In the posts its hard to see where a new post starts because the two different colors that show up every other post are very similar in my forum.
both are a shade of green that you can barely tell apart.
I know I can modify colors but Im not sure which setting needs the modifiying and I dont want to mess everything up.
Also the preview that shows up when I am under Admin>styles and colors>colors
it dissapears the second it is created so i cant see if I like my chnage.
Why is that happening

Re: colors on the posts
Hmm I have not experienced the preview ever disappearing. It could be a glitch, so if it continues after some time, start a new thread for it, and let us know it is still doing this. Because we might have to turn it over to the techs.
About your colors.
Well, depending upon if you have version 2 or 3. I have changed mine by going to Admin Panel >> Styles >> Colors >> scroll down to backgrounds, and I have changed background 1 and 2. Just click on the color number box and if your preview has not disappeared yet, then navigate in the preview box to find a thread with more than one post. And look to see which box is highlighted in red, to know which one will change.
If that doesn't work, you can add a CSS code and that should work. I will go find that code now.
Here check out this thread. Someone else had the same questions, and they talk about the code there.

Re: colors on the posts
I went there and also found the colors page
"background colors 2" changes every other post to a different color
but what about all the opposite posts? i cant seem to find the one that changes them...

Re: colors on the posts
of the navigation links?? can't imagine that...
oh, and i must have overlooked the link that Skittles provided above already. There you will find the instruction - if it won't work with the normal colors panel, try it with the CSS suggestion in this thread.
EDIT: I mean this part here that you can copy into your CSS. Go to Styles / Colors / CSS to paste it in the textbox and submit. Change the color code to the color you need for the two post-backgrounds.
.row1{
background-color: #ffffff;
}
.row2{
background-color: #ffffff;
}
