why is my forum blue?

a few boards is blue after create a catagory.
and when i am creating subforums the forums is blue i mean the title of the forum is with blue text.  how do i fix it?

Hello

That is in link color, go in administration panel -> display -> Pictures & colors -> colors

Sind link color and change it, but it will change color of all links
