The bouton is appearing below whatever toolbar you have there?

I checked you're forum, its caused by the SCM music player you have. It tends to cause quite a lot of problems from target="_blank" not working for local pages to your pages getting cut off.

Probably if it was on the bottom you'll be able to see those links, I am not too sure though since I've barely used it due to the problems I mentioned.
