Cannot sign into forum

Ok so i know theres a topic for this but i cannot do the option i need in order to fix this problem i am the admin of a forum and i cannot log ibto my forun because when i enter my username it says itsinvalid what do i do i really need help if you need the forum name its paradoxduelacademy.forumotion.com username cleaneri
