Cannot sign into my account and hadn't been able to sign in for years

Description of problem

Hi there! I am J-master and I registered for this forum today because I was having trouble signing into my account on latiaswebs. I don't remember what I did with my password, but I am clearly not getting the email for the password. I have created a new address because it turns out that I lost it some time ago, and I want to be able to sign onto the forum to check it out. The last person hasn't signed in since 2014, so could you please help me with that?

Ok, when I click on Luffy, it just automatically sends me to private messaging. When I click on anyone else, it just sends me to their profiles. Should this be happening like this?

It's not about the account. It was about something else. She was running off to work and I needed to tell her something fast. That's why I just wanted to rush to get off the computer.

If you want to contact them, you need to go to the official French support forum.

Ew, do they speak only French there? I only speak English, and I wouldn't know where that forum is. Is that where all the tickets are made?

Tickets are made on a tool that only certain staff members can see and the main office (France).

This takes a day or two? I cannot wait that long! I am growing impatient!

I am sorry, but your going to have to wait. You dont have access to the old email, so before a new password is sent, the foundation needs to be changed to your new one. Only head office can do this and they are closed right now. I created a ticket on your issue, there is nothing more I can until the head office changes the email. I have zero control over that. Sorry but you will have to wait, as there is nothing more I personally can do for you at this time.

@J-Master1 I just want to join this thread to tell you that you should understand that all the staff but The Godfather are volunteers and everyone here want to help you, but you need to understand that as volunteer they have some limitations, and there's nothing they can do even if you keep on insisting that you need this here and now.

So please, if it's any worth, if I were you I'd take the opportunity to calm down a bit and try to empathize with them. You'll only have to wait 1 day or 2 and that's honestly not a lot of time

What if one member could be banned from my forum for 20 more years?

If a user is banned, they can be unbanned. As Brandon has stated, this is being handled via PM so let them handle this. Tickets as SLGray or Brandon stated can take 1 to 2 days, they do apologize for the inconvenience but working on tickets isn't an instantaneous thing. It takes time. Please be patient and they will resolve your issue quickly and efficiently!

When it comes to things online. Nothing. Very few things. But here on forumotion, if you need help, you can get it. But as I said before, everyone here is a volunteer if they offer help. We aren't full on staff. The only person here that works for the company is The Godfather but he doesn't take direct DM's. If you need to speak with someone directly, your best bet is to go to the French Support Forum as Forumotion is founded in France. But on this type of issue, the only thing you can do is be patient and wait for the staff to do their job. Constantly messaging them and such isn't going to speed anything up. If they submitted a ticket, then it is out of their hands until they get the resolution.

Which is why it takes time. People aren't online 24/7. They have families, lives, and such outside the internet. So it can take between 1 to 2 days to get tickets done because they may have 100 or 1000 tickets to do. Who knows.

Also you have to understand there are different time zones.

Well I lived life already and my life was destroyed. I disappeared from the forum 7 years ago. That's enough time long enough to wait.

It is not our fault that you were gone for 7 years.  Sorry, but you have to have a little patient.

No staff has been on since 2011. I am the founder.

The world is not going to end and your forum is not going to miss you one or two more days.
Even if you go on the French forum you will not get this done any faster as they have the same tools as we do and the head office is now closed until 8am French time.

The reply is not going to change no matter what staff talk to you here or in the French forum.
A ticket has been made and some one will look at it tomorrow or the day after.

It is not our thought you changed your Email address so we could not send you a new password.

My point is you will not get your account back any faster so you may as well wait like everyone else is.

There is no more point posting as staff will not replay any more until we have news.
