Forgotten pw

hi i'm owner of the clanteam.bosnainforum.com, now i haven't used it for some time and i kinda forgot password, when i try to retrieve it it says

"the security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"

now any ways i can get my pass back ?
