Added VIP feature

Can we add a special feature or VIP feature to some members like the members got more features?

You can always create a special group "VIP" where they have more access to forums then other members. You can have a private forum that only VIP members can access, give them a rank, colored username, ect.

You simply add the users to that group and also, for private boards, you just need to edit the permissions so that members can't see that board but that user group can see it.

You can use that to create VIP forums for certain members.

You can specify permissions for widgets but only for admins, mods, members and guests. You can't do it for specific groups such as VIP members.
