how to added member.

Hello there i would like to ask how to added a member in forum use administration panel , big thanks for help.

Go to Administration Panel -> Users & Groups -> Groups --> Group Administration and add them there.

Go to the AdAdministrator Group and add the member.

Where to add? Group or no-activating mail member? Sorry, i'm not sure about understanding your question

I Mean added a simple member whit his email login name and pasw simple member.

Do you mean accounts which need activation? If so, go to your Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Inactive Users

How to added user in forum , if i disable registration they will ask can u added me so i need to know where i can added an user

You can do that by email.

There is no way to register a user other than to use the register form. You need to enable registering in order to add new members.

sir can u please explain my whit some direct links how to "You need to enable registering"  ,or atlas some screenshots.

Admin Control Panel/Users & Groups/Users/Users options/Enable 'Allow new members' 

I did that , but nothing change still Administrators have forbidden any new members.
