Domain name

If this has been discussed already I do apologize as I wasn't able to find the answer. I am looking for the best route to make a domain that I already have to use for the forum that I created with you. As of now it redirects and mask the address I was given but I want to make it the official domain. Can I just request you to make the change or is there something I need to do first?

This is what I am using now and its becoming a pain in the rear. I would like to get rid of the redirecting all together. is my best option is to cancel the membership with the other service and pay you to give me this specific domain? if so how long will it take for you to change the domain?

It takes time to go through a process before a domain name becomes available again.  We do not know the time period.  You would have to check everyday in your administration panel after you cancel it with the other provider. Forumotion can not guarantee that you can get the domain name you want.
