Few Questions on Using Credits - PUNBB

First Can I get a domain name for my forum by using credits ? If I purchase credits how long will it take to activate this forum on new domain ? Also I want to remove Forumotion Ads, Footerlinks,etc. Hope all this possible with purchasing credits ??


I also want your help to edit few parts of my forum.

* First I want to modify my Nav bar. Already removed few unnecessary section. I further want to remove Gallery & User Groups Section. Also my Nav bar is not in line. There is no proper space between the names. How Can I remove unnecessary space ?

*Also there is unused space ( Right & Left in Gray Color ) side of my forum. I want to remove those unused ones and want to see forum in full window if someone going to my forum.
