    Solved Questions About Credits

Post by Mati January 14th 2014, 7:17 pm

    Hello,

A member of my forum has donate 2 days ago but when I see to "Misc" Credits there is no credits from this username.

He also said to me that he has received an email from Paypal and he send to me the picture/screenshot from the paypal so if the staff members want to see the screenshot I'll send it by PM.

    Hi Mati,

Donations via the Paypal service can take up to Seven ( 7 ) business days to be processed by FM and active on your forum.

If after these 7 days have surpassed, send Buttercup a PM about this including the screenshot you have, your foundation email, and the forum URL, and she will be able to locate the funds for you Smile

The reason I say in PM's is because it does hold personal details, ie, the senders real name and a monetary donation.

    Hello Mati,

The Paypal transaction is immediate. So if you user has offered credits to your forum, you should be able to see them via your Admin Panel.
Are you sure the user completed the transaction properly?

For any PayPal transaction he must receive an email with all information. So, if it is, could you please send me all those information via PM please + the username of the donator?

    Thanks in advance

    Buttercup

The payment has failed. That's why you did not receive any credits.
He has to contact Paypal, as the problem is coming from him...

    Thanks
