[Help] Navbar and Category

1. How to center a navbar? My navbar is on the left side.


2. I don't really know how to explain this but i provided screenshots just for this, it's like a Category inside a Category?

Here Display>Homepage>Headers & Navigation then under logo positioning you can put it to the left right or center

To have a sub forum you must attach that forum to another forum.
