    Solved Domain Name Locked

    Post by 0ldcat January 7th 2014, 1:35 pm

    One for the Administrators please.

I have renewed my Domain Name (through forumotion), in good time. However, now GoDaddy have locked the forum down pending renewal or deletion  affraid !

I have no access to my forum, which has been happily flowing along here on forumotion since November 2008, and elsewhere from 2001.

Having contacted GoDaddy, they are placing "the ball" firmly in Forumotions' half of the court.

Could one of the Administrators look into this please. I have PM'd Buttercup, but have since been lead to believe (s)he is away on leave/holiday. I can forward (copy/paste/send), this PM to another Admin upon request.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.
    Best regards

    0ldcat,

Edit: As per admin request Domain Name is . . . www.yamaha-thundercats.org

Have you tried accessing via https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/
To get your old url working again. Go to admin panel, general tab and click on forum address.
Click on the personalised domain name tab and put a check mark in no for the redirect option. Don't forget to hit save.
