Phpbb3 Moderation panel on forumotion

I think it's time that people get the more advanced moderator control panel such as phpbb3.

The example of that:

- Logs from moderation actions visible in modcp not in admin panel only.
- Improved warning system with logs ofcourse.
- Approve / Disapporove posts option with logs.
- Merge posts cause someone want to have trash section private and instead of deleting posts to merge in trash private section that staff members can later review these "deleted" posts
- Adding user notes in mod control panel with wall of text when user received warning, got banned, changing password, e-mail etc.
- Banning logs to moderator cp, with unban option and such.
