Mature Discussion section
Is there any possible way to make it so that your post count is a certain amount before you are able to post in a certain section of the forum? For instance, lets say I wanted to create a certain area of the forum for mature discussions but wanted people to have 50 posts in the forum before they'd be allowed to post in the mature section. Would I be able to do anything like that? If so, how would I do that?
Re: Mature Discussion section
Well you could create a group with an auto subscription at 50 posts. Then create a forum and set the permissions so regular members couldn't post in that section until they reached 50 posts.

Okay, how would I go about doing that exactly on the admin panel?
(sorry for the stupid questions)
Re: Mature Discussion section
It's not a stupid question
To create a group, first go to Admin Control Panel Users and Groups Group Administration Create New Group Fill out the details and make sure you have the box 'Group auto-subscribe' selected yes then enter the value of 50 in the box that appears Save
Step 2
Go to ACP General Categories and Forums Create the forum you want as a mature discussion then on the permissions page, select advanced mode, untick the member box for the permissions 'Open a topic' and 'reply to messages' and even 'view forum' if you don't want them seeing it. Then tick the box that corresponds with the group you created for people 50+ posts and they'll be able to post in that forum when/if they have 50+ posts.
