Name of the forum is not changeing

I dont know why , but my forum name (~title from the tab) is not changeing. I deleted cookies , cache , restarted my PC and still not working.After this , i asked a friend to acces my forum and tell me the name of the forum .. The response was the name of the first forum , not actually that isn't showing.
  In the ACP the name that i want , is showing , but on the first page .. isn't. What should be the problem?

Hello PixX,

You should be able to change that tab name here :
Administration Panel > General > Forum promotion > Search engines

Then change the homepage title to what you wish and save.

Aargh , i'm feeling like a newbie   . Shame on me , i'm so sorry , i forgot to modify that.
