Solved Lost my admin password...

Foolishly left the box ticked that prevents me getting an email threw to reset the password, i've tried everything i can think of in the way of passwords, this resulted in me being banned for 3, 90 min intervals -.-. any help would be appreciated.

By the way it's just one 90 minute interval. I've done it before.
