5.) When a Graphic Designer is working on a request he/she will tag it by posting in the thread and adding an "In Progress" icon to the topic. You are not allowed to bump your request when it has been tagged by a Graphic Designer.

I am almost done with these, however inconveniently I am going to Montana for an emergency tomorrow morning. I will be back on Sunday. If anyone would like to complete this before then feel free, otherwise I will complete this sunday
