Recently or well for a while now the ads have been over lapping over the log in, giving few members issues to log in and not allowing members to make new topics and sometimes it will also over lap into profiles when editing. I wish to know is there a solution to this or is there something wrong with the forum internally? Is there any action i can take to solve this issue?

Hi
Has your members attempted to clear their caches and cookies? Apparently, I don't see any problem with your forum if the link you provided in your profile is the right one I clicked, that is .
If not, maybe you should private message a tech about it ^^.
Regards,
Pizza Boi

Hopefully all of your suggestions work. It seems to happen periodically or at random, but I'll give it time and report back with any results.
Thanks again.

I have actually noticed this as well. I believe it only seems to occur in firefox however (for me at least) and since I do not commonly use firefox (especially now that I can edit CSS with chrome again) I never really thought much of it. And like mentioned above it seems random... If I notice again I will try to capture it. I don't think I have noticed it with just a particular forum so I don't think this is just forum related.

Hmm okay. But i use chrome and have experienced it as well, maybe i should ask the users who experience the issue what their browsers are.

Oh. Well I have not encountered it in chrome as of yet. I have only noticed it in firefox so far. But it couldn't hurt asking the member what browser they are using.

Try using an ad blocker or pop-up blocker in your browser.

Hi
As far as I'm concerned, it seems like it's only the both of you (Maybe I've not explored too much yet), so it's probably your forum. Let Buttercup handle it, she's baws at what she does~
Though, putting a pop-up and ad blockers should help.

I have recently been using an add blocker with chrome which is why I wouldn't experience it there. As for firefox I don't use it very often so I don't really care. But I do know that it occurs on multiple forumotion forums and not just one so I don't see it being related to just one forum. Anyway I don't see it as a big deal but best of luck to you Vanitas. Hopefully Buttercup gets a solution for you. (:

It actually happens on other forums i go to. Hmm a ad blocker would be best, I'll attempt at it and see if it works. But I'll try the blocker solution and will give an update on any progress.
Thanks all for the support and ideas.

Well it seems to constantly happen for other members, most members resolved the issue. Any suggested blockers?
Well to be more precise, it happens at random times. Like it wouldn't happen constantly but rather random, it's so odd.

Hello
Did you try an other browser because I am not able to have the ad on your forum (Firefox and Chrome included) ?

Ah, there is a resolution. It seems to only happen with Chrome. Mozilla it runs perfectly fine, smooth actually. IE, i just don't like it nor will i touch upon that (sorry i just really despise IE), I am not entirely sure if it happens on safari for i don't have safari. I don't use Mozilla either. But i can deal with the ad's issue by refreshing the page and the ad will return to normal. But i just thought this issue should be addressed to forumotion. Thank you for the help everyone who gave suggestions, I appreciate the help.

Okay. I am official convinced it's my forum. It doesn't happen here and my friend recently experienced it on his. Our friend hasn't experienced it on hers at all. Wish they would have supplied images but it seems to be my website, without a doubt. No matter where i go, whether it be in school, library or home, it happens. Did i do something? Is there any possible solution to this? It is really irritating to have to refresh the page so many times for the ad's to go back to normal and when posting i would have to refresh and there are moments where if i refresh i reset all the data on that page and that's annoying. Please can someone help me with this irritating issue.
