Personal Profile Page

Is it possible to remove the Contact field section from the profile page.  I've had some idiots using inappropriate links.

You can modify the permissions of who can edit/see the fields here :
Administration Panel > Users and groups > Users > Profiles > Contact fields >  

When editing a field you can choose who can edit the field(moderators, or member themself), or who the field is displayed for. Choosing the highest(Admin) will prevent the field from showing up for lower level users.
