My forum was hacked and I've been locked out

Hello,

This is my first post on the site, and I've been trying to use the support threads to tackle any problems that I might have had up to this point.

I created my forum just over two weeks ago, and only had a couple of issues that I've been struggling with, but today my forum was hacked and I've been locked out.

The hacker changed my password for both my user account and the Admin account that I started the forum with, and they also activated the security option which prohibits sending a new password.

I've followed the instructions in the "Password problems (Lost your Founder's Password?)" thread https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-lost-your-founder-s-password, and it looks like my situation falls under Case #4.

I'll need to contact a staff member by PM to resolve this issue.
