    I purchased credits about 4 hours ago and while they typically show up right away, they're not being reflected in my account yet. I'm in a bit of a time crunch because I need them to renew my domain.

    Did you buy them via Allopass or via Paypal?

    Is it possible to extend the time I have to renew the domain? The credits still aren't showing.

    It expired, but I was told today (via email from Forumotion) that I still have 2 days to renew.

    If the credits haven't shown then you need to do the following.

    Send a PM to Buttercup with https://help.forumotion.com/u6001

    Your forum URL
    A screenshot of the paypal receipt
    The number of missing credits.

    I don't know if that's all of the information you need but if its not then you'll be directed by Buttercup.

    The credits finally hit my account and I was able to renew. Thank you!
