Banner / Header for my forum

Creation Type:  Banner / Header
Size (In Pixels):  See "detailed description".
Primary Colors:  See "detailed description".
Secondary Colors:  See "detailed description".
Images to include:  I don't have any images to include. 
Text to Insert:  The Last Apprentice
Font (Provide Download Link):  Something gothic looking, other than that it's creator's choice.
Font Color:  Creator's choice.

Username on Your Forum:  Alice's Apprentice

Detailed Description:  Okay, I've picked out a couple of different "themes" or "skins" from hitskin.com and I was wondering if I can get a banner or header to go along with either of these.  It's the creator's choice, which one they want to do the banner / header for.  But I want it to fit in the same spot the header is now, I just need a different one to match my forum.

Now, I've posted some of the illustrations from the book series in the spoiler below.  I know you probably can't use these in your design, I'm only presenting these to show the creator what type of book series my forum is based on. I figured this would give you a better idea of what I'd like to see in the header / banner then trying to describe what I'm looking for.  I hope this helps.
